## Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

- Controller: Client.  
- Processor: waxIT.  

### Obligations
- Process only on client instructions.  
- Implement technical & organizational safeguards.  
- Ensure confidentiality.  
- Assist with data subject rights.  
- Notify breaches promptly.  
- Delete/return data after contract ends.  

### Sub-Processors
Third parties (PayPal, hosting, analytics) under strict compliance contracts.  

### International Transfers
Comply with GDPR Chapter V and POPIA Section 72.  

### Liability
Both parties responsible for compliance.
