1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the digital services provided by waxIT, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services and No Guarantees

waxIT provides premium web development, app development, and digital marketing services. While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding specific performance outcomes, search engine rankings, or financial growth. All services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Pricing and payments are strictly processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment milestones are defined per project agreement and must be settled before the release of final deliverables.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. Failure to provide access or feedback within agreed timelines may result in project delays or additional costs.

5. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

Upon final payment, ownership of specific deliverables is transferred to the client. waxIT retains the right to use snippets of code, designs, and project descriptions for portfolio, marketing, and case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Tools

We integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, payment gateways). waxIT is not liable for issues, outages, or data breaches caused by these third-party services. Usage of such tools is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, waxIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

8. Warranties and Support

We provide a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes related to the original scope of work. Ongoing maintenance and feature additions beyond this period are subject to separate service level agreements.

9. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of client-requested cancellation, waxIT reserves the right to charge for all work completed up to the date of notice, inclusive of a non-refundable commencement fee.

10. Changes to These Terms

waxIT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact Details
